I’m a contemplative storyteller + artist who explores humanity’s personal longings for a unique and trusting relationship with themselves and Love* in their everyday life.
I spent years feeling lost from myself and the sacred, obeying everyone’s truth but my own. Now, I’ve spent over a decade living from my own heartfelt integrity and walking my own spiritual journey with Love thanks to a simple practice called the examen.
I can’t tell you who you are or who Love is, but I can share a tool and some spiritual stories so you can discover both for yourself.
*I believe the Sacred is infinite and inclusive and use a wide vocabulary when referring to it. My most common word of choice is “Love”.
